Hello December! And apparently winter has arrived with these cold temps and beautiful snow! We thought it would be a good time to talk about our Winter Weather Policy.

As winter weather settles in, we want you to know how we handle appointment decisions with your safety and our staff’s safety in mind.

When conditions are uncertain, we do our best to keep scheduled appointments. However, we take the following into consideration before confirming or canceling:

Staff driving comfort and safety
Your therapist must feel safe traveling to the studio.

Client driving comfort and safety
If the weather is questionable, we’ll check in to make sure you feel comfortable driving as well.

Road conditions and forecast
We monitor current weather, road advisories, and projected changes to determine whether it’s truly safe for both sides.

If an appointment needs to be canceled due to weather, we’ll reach out as soon as possible to reschedule.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we navigate winter safely together.
