If there are local closings due to winter weather, your Therapist should reach out to you to make a plan for your scheduled session. 🌿 Therapy Group for Women: Journeying Together Towards a Deeper Sense of Self 🌿

You are not alone in wanting to feel more at home in yourself.
This closed therapy group is for adult women ready to explore identity, self-acceptance, and connection — in the presence of others doing the same.

Together, over 7 sessions (meeting twice a month), we’ll explore meaningful topics that impact how we see ourselves and how we show up in the world. Each session includes a guided introduction, time for personal reflection, and space to share and connect in a safe, supportive environment.

💬 Topics include:
-Reclaiming time for having fun
-Identifying your strengths & values
-Understanding attachment styles & relationship needs
-Exploring the female experience
-Befriending your brain
-Accepting & nurturing your body
-Attuning to your nervous system

You'll also receive supplemental materials and resources between sessions to support your growth and reflection along the way.
