Life moves fast. Between responsibilities, expectations, and caring for everyone else, it can be easy to forget to pause and check in with yourself.

So I’ve created something simple and meaningful. A space for womxn to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

I’d love to invite you to The Reset + Connect Circle , a gathering for womxn (women + gender non-confirming individuals) to rest, reflect, and reconnect with their feminine energy.

Together we’ll step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a few hours in grounding and connection. This will be a gentle and welcoming space where you can simply show up exactly as you are.

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Food and drinks will be provided, and you will receive a journal and pen as a gift to use during our time together and to take home with you.

You don’t need to prepare anything or be anything other than yourself. Just come as you are.

If you’ve been craving a moment to slow down, reconnect, and spend time with other thoughtful womxn, I would love to have you there.

Spots will be limited to keep the space intimate. If there is enough interest I am considering opening an afternoon session that same Saturday (but that is TBD).

Feel & Flourish officially opened our doors 5 years ago. Our journey to this moment was every bit as complex, meaningful, and worthwhile as the path we get to walk with our clients every day. What a tremendous joy and profound honor to do what we do! THANK YOU.

🥶❄️We are preparing for a snowy weekend in the Ozarks! Typically, if public schools close due to winter weather, the F&F office will be closed as well. If there are local closings due to winter weather, your Therapist should reach out to you to make a plan for your scheduled session. You are also welcome to call or text with questions or concerns about your appointment.
