Happy January Candlelight!!🍷🍽️

Here at the Montvale, we had a lovely Candlelight Dinner tonight! With delightful appetizers, wonderful entrees, delicious dessert, and a great ambiance, what could possibly go wrong!

Thank you to our AMAZING staff and our lovely residents for always making our Candlelight Dinner’s an experience that we’ll always remember ❤️

A huge thank you to Merle Shiffman from Springfield Jewish Federation for coming today to discuss Judaism and Jewish culture with our residents. We learned about holidays, food, distinctions in culture, and how to move in the world with compassion and understanding. Today is International Holocaust Remembrance Day. On this day, and all days, Montvale Senior Living remembers that we are more the same than different.

A huge round of applause for the Golden Hour Kids Show Choir for entertaining our residents on this chilly Saturday morning! Following the performance, the kids enjoyed donuts and hot chocolate while our resident Gerri read our Story Corner book of January. Gerri shared with the girls not only an important story about poverty awareness, but also some words of wisdom and kindness, encouraging the girls to always help their neighbors. Stay warm everyone ❄️❤️

It’s Friday at Montvale, and this week the Maniacs decided to pop Liz right in the kisser. It’s a good thing she always wears the prettiest lipstick as her ordeal was immortalized on the beachball for the rest of the game. A kiss of true camaraderie & friendship 💋
