After a big Thanksgiving—full of cooking, carrying dishes, long drives, and lots of activity—your body might be feeling it today.
Here are a few simple ways to help yourself recover:
🔹 Stretch for 5–10 minutes
Loosen up tight hips, low back, and shoulders.
🔹 Drink extra water
Helps your muscles and joints bounce back faster.
🔹 Take a gentle walk
Movement increases circulation and reduces stiffness.
🔹 Use heat
A warm shower or heating pad can ease tension in tired muscles.
