What is Neuromuscular Joint Balancing????
This style of massage focuses on how well the muscles are working together to create movements. When our muscles aren't working together or doing the right job, we end up with pain and weakness.
In addition to resolving current pains by treating the correct muscles, we can improve strength and mobility for our clients.
In this series of classes we will first have a refresher anatomy section to review the muscles we will be treating, what the normal range of motion for that joint is, how to evaluate each movement, and common dysfunctions. Next we will cover techniques and how to choose the most effective technique for each client and problem. The last hour and a half we will spend both with guided hands on evaluation and treatment.
The series of *8* hour courses will have 5 separate classes:
Head and neck : December 11th, 2022
Shoulders and arms : January 15th, 2023
