The goal is to offer tangible, accessible information and resources about peri / menopause through conversations with experts from multiple disciplines.

The menopause transition is a major life-change for ALL WOMEN globally. Millions of women enter menopause yearly, which has profound impact to their long-term physical, emotional and mental health.
