Last night our community went all in for Casino Night, and it was a jackpot of an evening! Residents and families joined us for a lively night of poker, roulette, big laughs, and even bigger smiles. ♠️♦️

A little calm before lunch goes a long way. 🤍✨

One of our favorite daily moments in Inspiritás-Memory Care is our mini Hand Spa experience. Each day before lunch, we offer residents warm towels and a soothing hand massage—simple comforts that help spark connection, ease tension, and soothe the soul. 🧖‍♀️👐

It’s amazing how something so small can bring so much peace (and so many smiles).

Here are a few highlights from our recent Open Paint with CARE Mobile, a ServiceSource program! Residents created a beautiful piece featuring a heart-shaped snowball—a perfect reminder that even in the coldest season, warmth comes from creativity, connection, and a little bit of fun together. 🎨✨

2025 gave us so many moments worth holding onto 💛

From the magic of National Assisted Living Week (yes…we had a petting zoo! 🐐) to joyful dancing and laughter with our Inspiritas residents, this year was full of connection, adventure, and heart.

We cheered on the Washington Nationals ⚾, soaked up the sunshine on a riverboat lunch cruise 🚢, and spent an unforgettable day at a local horse stable for a very special Wow Moment—getting one of our residents back in the world she loves as a former dressage competitor 🐴

And of course…we made time for the little joys, too: pet therapy with sweet Zym 🐱, Sweet Celebration cookie debates, and a trip to the Smithsonian’s National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute in DC.

As we step into 2026, we’re grateful for every smile, every outing, every memory, and every person who makes our community feel like home. Here’s to an even brighter year ahead ✨

An afternoon of holiday magic at the U.S. Botanic Garden! 🌿✨ Our residents loved the indoor Season’s Greenings displays—poinsettias, festive greenery, and D.C. landmarks crafted from plants. Such a fun, cozy outing! ❤️
