Posture = how you pose / position yourself to the world around you.

Have you collapsed, or do you hold your head up high?

Great posture lifts you heart so it can breath and radiate that amazing life energy you have.

It’s dynamic, fluid, and vitally important. And almost no one tends to take it seriously.

It’s ok, keep your chin up!!!

Posture can elevate or depress your mood, energy level, ability to focus, level of confidence, circulation, electrical conductivity, and metabolism.

Poor spinal health, old damage, and neglect lead to you getting stuck like that. Your joints turn to concrete and they slowly die (degenerate) inside you.

If your spine was on your face you’d think about it more.

My job is a lot like dentist from 100 years ago. They had to CONVINCE people to care for their teeth.

Spinal alignment ninja! 🥷

Adjusting people’s spines is like the polar opposite to martial arts.

It’s the art, science, and philosophy of un-doing the damage your body takes from everything life throws at you.

It’s like a 1 inch punch that heals you.

Your body is made to heal itself, but how can you do that if you are all bent out of shape, and everything gets on your nerves??

You can’t.

But I can see exactly what that means to the millimeter or 1/10th of a degree with a quick glance at the monitor.
