February flew by at Arc at Sangamon Valley, and it was full of fun and activity!

Residents stayed active with Winter Olympic workouts, enjoyed cheering on the big game during our Super Bowl watch party, and shared their creativity by writing heartfelt poems for Valentine’s Day. We even brought the spirit of New Orleans to our halls with a festive Mardi Gras wheelchair parade, filled with decorations and smiles.

And that was just some of the fun! We’re looking forward to a wonderful March and all the exciting activities ahead. Stay tuned!

During our Golden Age of Disney week, we celebrated classic Disney movies and shows from the 1950s and earlier, like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Bambi, and Fantasia and more!

One of the highlights was watching The Mickey Mouse Club, with residents wearing their Mickey ears, singing along, and reminiscing about watching it when it first aired. 📺🎶

It was a nostalgic week full of smiles and memories.
