Don't be too afraid to chase the butterflies in your belly, them butterflies unlock what's hiding in your heart. Listen to your heart, can you hear the words it speaks? The mind will lie to protect the ego from what the heart is truly trying to speak. We slay our ego, like a phoenix we speak from the heart the truth and allow ot to slay the lies that the ego is standing upon. Then from the ashes can the new ego be born, resting upon a mind that does not dissociate itself from its true feelings and is not afraid to speak the truth on how it feels. The good, the bad, nor the ugly is it afraid to speak on. And this time around you won't allow creeps to convince you to trample all over the butterflies in your stomach to try to kill them. And you won't allow thirsty, sneaky people to convince you to tell lies in order to kill the love you felt in your heart and turn it into hate and bitterness. The body, mind, and soul can not handle such corruption, and whoever convinced you to do so should be ashamed of themselves. The truth is what will set you free. The lies are like moldy fruit that'll lock you into a mortal mental sleep. The choice is yours, red pill or blue. Only the red pill leads a person to leaving the matrix and being able to fly around with the ghosts, lies lead to medications and therapy. The choice is yours, happiness or depression, one or the other but you can't have both.
