Join Logan as she walks you through tips & tricks on using props in your yoga class! Think blocks, straps, & bolsters. Learn how these items can help make yoga postures more accessible, & also how to potentially intensify your practice with them! Gain the confidence to hop into a yoga class and use what you need to make the class work for YOU. This will be a discussion based workshop with small flow segments to allow time to try out your new skills. Feel free to bring a notebook & pen to take any notes!
