Today we extend our appreciation to Public Administrators — individuals whose work is often quiet, complex, and deeply compassionate.

Their advocacy protects dignity, ensures safety, and provides stability for individuals who may otherwise have no one standing beside them. We are grateful for the steady, behind-the-scenes work that strengthens our communities every day.

Big shout out to Pam, Acadia’s 2025 Admissions Director of the Year!

Because of her steady leadership, timely access to care is more than a goal at Lakeland; it’s a lived standard across our continuum of care.

Under her guidance, our Admissions Team also earned four additional awards for response time, handoff excellence, and team stability.

What matters most, though, is the culture. Her team shows up every day with compassion, professionalism, and consistency. And our community notices.

To the families and referral partners who trust us with care — thank you! We don’t take that responsibility lightly.

Pam, and team: we’re proud of you! 💙💚

We have the privilege of celebrating someone who has been a hero to both our team and the individuals we serve for decades.

Even as his role has evolved over time, he continues to give generously of his time and heart...quietly, consistently, and without expectation, like wearing an invisible cape.

His dedication isn’t tied to a title or a paycheck; it’s simply who he is. We’re incredibly grateful for the lasting impact Samson continues to have on our staff, our patients, and our community.
