Stress affects more than your mood. It impacts your entire body. When stress becomes ongoing, it can contribute to physical symptoms like headaches, stomach issues, and increased blood pressure, while also affecting your emotional well-being.

Healthy coping strategies like exercise, quality sleep, and connecting with others can help reduce its impact. This month and every month, take time to understand your stress and take steps to care for yourself. https://ow.ly/3PWt50YBMw4
