I offer mental health services for children, adolescents, families, and groups. I provide therapeutic services for a variety of issues involving mental health and life adjustment. My speciality areas include: neurodiversity affirming practices, trauma issues, anxiety and life adjustment needs via AutPlay Therapy, play therapy, play and social groups, integrative therapy, and EMDR.

I also provide consultation, coaching, education, and trainings for professionals, parents, and organizations. I offer community seminars covering a variety of topics including neurodiversity, play therapy, and parenting approaches.

With food banks preparing to serve a record number of families, we're committed to helping our neighbors experiencing hunger.
We're supporting our communities by:
❤️Offering $5 and $10 food donation bags available to purchase in store or online. Each bag includes essential pantry items that will be delivered to local food banks.
🥘Feeding families a hot meal. From Nov. 3-7, we will be open for dinner service with $3 nightly specials from 4-7 p.m. for all customers. Kids 12 and under will eat free.
🛒Including affordable ingredients in our ad for customers to make family meals under $3 per serving.

The AutPlay Therapy home study course for November is Playful Healing: A Grief Release Workshop for Play Therapists. This is a three hour recorded webinar facilitated by Nata Scha and myself.

The focus is on healing energy for ourselves, creating a safe place to process where we are in our careers, how we want to be as play therapists in and out of the playroom, and take the time to heal overwhelm, burnout, grief, and loss.
