I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Cancelation made with over 24 hour notice - No charge.

Cancelations made within 24 hours but more than 4 hours before the appointment - 50% of the appointment total will be charged.

Cancelations made within 4 hours of appointment or no-shows - The full appointment amount will be charged.

Late arrivals - If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others who appointments follow yours. If I have not seen or heard from you after 15 minutes, I may assume you are a no-show. You will be responsible to pay the "full" session.
