I know I haven't posted much these days. I am doing alot of emotional healing on myself, which tends to keep me disconnected at times. It's a good thing. It's okay to take mental time outs.
I just saw this and felt it was worth sharing. Our bodies hold on to all trauma, regardless of what the trauma is. This time of the year for me personally, is a tough time. I have my reasons. It's true that we don't even have to know "why" or "how" the trauma is there. I'm teaching myself coping mechanisms in order to keep my nervous system calm. So many things we can do. Truly grateful for it all!
