Yesterday, our hospital halls were filled with music, laughter and a whole lot of purple, green and gold as our PACT committee parade rolled through the hallways passing out beads, throws and plenty of smiles to both staff and patients.

Meet Dr. Laura Margarita Hart, a board‑certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to caring for our community with compassion and expertise. Originally from El Salvador, she earned her medical degree from the University of El Salvador and completed her Family Medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, TX.

Dr. Hart is proudly bilingual in Spanish and English, and outside of medicine she enjoys life with her husband, Jerry Hart, and their two sons. We’re grateful to have her serving families with warmth, skill, and a true passion for patient care.
