Founded in 2015, Dr. Karen Nelson is a holistic health doctor board certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Association. Clientele of all-ages benefit from her extensive training in nutrition, bodywork techniques, flower remedies, essential oils and homeopathy. As a child who suffered from re-occurring infections and allergies, she has a special place in her heart for her pediatric clients and for those who have gone without answers for far too long.

I remember yelling out loud, “If I knew what my body wanted, I would do it!” I was sick, tired, and sad - despite being super blessed with a wonderful family and home. Although discovering natural health began the transformation, it wasn’t until I started using the SRT machine how quickly I realized how much of my life was still running on autopilot. Stress patterns, thought loops, even how my body held tension — it all felt like it had a mind of its own.

But here’s the beautiful part: when I began calming my nervous system and releasing those old patterns, space opened up for something new. SRT helped me create healthier rhythms, build resilience, and discover lost energy. Now with the SRT-FIT, each session feels like I’m planting seeds for a new way of being — what foods/muscles/emotional triggers does my body want to work on this month? It’s not just breaking habits but building a new life.

I keep seeing people checking out the website and while it usually makes me happy, it has become a lesson in patience. Heavenly Health is making an exciting move, and I can't wait to share the details which are still being ironed out - which means I can't publish the new and updated website yet.

Our Story

Thank you for visiting Heavenly Health, owned and operated by Dr. Karen Nelson. Dr. Karen is a holistic health doctor board certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Association. Clientele of all-ages benefit from her extensive training in nutrition, bodywork techniques, flower remedies, essential oils and homeopathy. As a child who suffered from reoccurring infections and allergies, she has a special place in her heart for her pediatric clients and for those who have gone without answers for far too long. Holistic healing takes time and because of this, on average Dr. Karen spends a minimum of 90 minutes with all new clients and 60 minutes each time they return. Doing so allows her to get to know each and every one of them in order to customize and recognize plans that are best for them. Many of them are no longer diagnosed, have been able to return to work, have improved relationships with their loved ones and have become advocates for natural healing. Born and raised in Michigan, Karen moved to the Northeast for close to 20 years. During this time she met her husband of now 18 years and is blessed to be the mother of three children. When she is not helping clients, she can be found outside in her flower and herb gardens, playing with her dog, watching the NY Mets and Giants, cooking or just relaxing on the front porch.
