Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that channels "universal life-force energy" (Reiki) through a practitioner's hands to promote healing. Chi (or Qi) is the vital, intrinsic life-force energy flowing within an individual's body. Together, they work by having the practitioner use their own cultivated Chi to channel, or "tap into," the higher-frequency Reiki energy, which is then directed to balance the recipient's energy, clear energy blocks, and enhance the body's natural healing processes.

Technique: A passive, non-invasive technique where the practitioner places hands on or just above the body to guide energy flow.

How Reiki and Chi Work Together
Complementary Nature: Reiki is considered "passive" energy healing, while Qigong/Chi work is "active".
Combined Strength: Practitioners often use Chi Gong to open their own energy channels (the microcosm orbit) before a Reiki session to allow more powerful, higher-frequency energy to flow.
Systemic Approach: Combining both creates a complete system: Chi offers internal strength and grounding, while Reiki provides refined, universal energy, often termed "Reiqigong".
Benefits: This combination helps release blockages and enhances the body's ability to heal itself.
