Friday the 13th check-in! 🗓️

Is your back:
☹︎ Tight after sitting all week?
☹︎ Stiff when you stand up?
☹︎ Cranky by 3pm?

Plot twist… it’s probably not bad luck. Your spine just needs variety.
Movement▸Stability▸Support.

Try this quick posture reset:
Stand up. Roll your shoulders back. Engage your core gently. Take one slow breath.

Still feeling cursed? 👻
Let’s schedule an evaluation and break the cycle! (817) 220-6677

Low back pain isn’t random.

The three common contributors we see:
1️⃣ Weak core stability
2️⃣ Limited hip mobility
3️⃣ Prolonged sitting without movement breaks

The good news? All three are treatable.
Pain doesn’t mean your back is broken.
It usually means it needs support.

Let’s get you moving again. (817) 220-6677

Low back pain doesn’t usually show up for no reason.
It’s often a mix of:
• Weak stability
• Limited mobility
• Compensation patterns
• Or just doing too much, too fast

In this video, we explain what’s actually happening and what helps long-term, in plain language, not complicated medical jargon. 💙

March is all about low back pain: why it happens, what actually helps, and how small changes can make a big difference. ✨

Back pain doesn’t just hurt.
It affects how you sit, sleep, bend, and move through your day.

This month we’re focusing on one big goal:
👉 Helping you stay independent.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Meet Missy ✨
If you've walked through our doors, you know Missy!

Missy has been part of the MOSS family for 15 months, bringing her medical background and love of learning new things to the world of physical therapy.

For her, patient care is simple and powerful:
"Make the patient feel seen and heard."

She believes every day and every patient is different, which is exactly what makes this job rewarding. When someone walks through our doors, she makes it a priority to acknowledge them, ask questions, and truly listen. It's the small details that build comfort and trust.

Fun facts about Missy:
🍽 Favorite comfort food? Mexican.
🎶 Adding to the MOSS playlist? Stronger by Kelly Clarkson or Shake It Off by Taylor Swift.
🐾 Dream "just for fun" job? Working at a pet adoption center.
📚 Childhood dream? Teacher.

The most likely reason she ends up in PT herself?
"Per my boys, falling from a ladder."

We're grateful for the steady, compassionate presence Missy brings to our patients every single day. 💙

Balance is more than “not falling.” It’s how your body responds to change.
PT improves:
➡️ Sensory awareness
➡️ Strength
➡️ Reaction time
➡️ Posture

One simple cue to try today:
“Slow to go, quick to adjust.”
Slow into the movement, quick to reset.

Your body loves patterns; let's make good ones! 💙

Confession time with Dutch… Have you been doing your stretches at home? 😬
If you missed a few days — that’s okay.

Here’s a quick reset:
👣 Ankle strengthening:
• Flex → point foot 10 reps
• Slight circles 10 reps each direction
• Switch sides
Consistency is progress. Not perfection. 💙

Loving your body doesn't mean pushing it harder.
Sometimes it means helping it feel steadier. 💖

Balance affects how confidently you move through your day, like getting out of bed, walking across a room, and stepping outside.

Here's something simple you can try today:
👉Stand near a counter
👉Lightly rest your fingertips
👉Lift one foot for 10 seconds
👉Switch sides
✅Small moments like this support big confidence over time.

That's self-care in motion. 💘
