Balance is more than “not falling.” It’s how your body responds to change.
PT improves:
➡️ Sensory awareness
➡️ Strength
➡️ Reaction time
➡️ Posture

One simple cue to try today:
“Slow to go, quick to adjust.”
Slow into the movement, quick to reset.

Your body loves patterns; let's make good ones! 💙

Confession time with Dutch… Have you been doing your stretches at home? 😬
If you missed a few days — that’s okay.

Here’s a quick reset:
👣 Ankle strengthening:
• Flex → point foot 10 reps
• Slight circles 10 reps each direction
• Switch sides
Consistency is progress. Not perfection. 💙

Physical therapy is a work of heart. 💕

Because healing takes more than strength: it takes trust, patience, and support.

Every rep, every movement, every small win matters.
And every patient brings their own story into the room. 💖

Today, we're celebrating the heart behind healing — yours.

Happy Valentine's Day from MOSS! 💘

Loving your body doesn't mean pushing it harder.
Sometimes it means helping it feel steadier. 💖

Balance affects how confidently you move through your day, like getting out of bed, walking across a room, and stepping outside.

Here's something simple you can try today:
👉Stand near a counter
👉Lightly rest your fingertips
👉Lift one foot for 10 seconds
👉Switch sides
✅Small moments like this support big confidence over time.

That's self-care in motion. 💘

Balance isn’t about perfection — it’s about confidence. ✨

Feeling steady on your feet makes everyday moments easier:
💖 Walking through the house
💖 Climbing stairs
💖 Getting up without hesitation

Physical therapy helps build the strength, coordination, and awareness that support real-life movement, not just exercises in a clinic. 💪

Progress starts with one steady step at a time. (817) 220-6677

Super Bowl Sunday is almost here! 🏈 Whether you’re cheering from the couch or pacing the room during every play, staying in the game means taking care of your body, too.

First things first: Tell us who you are rooting for this weekend! 👇
(Bonus points if you share your favorite game-day stretch!)

Balance and strength help you:
• Stand strong through the halftime dance
• Get up from the recliner without a yelp
• Recover quicker after all that cheering (or shouting)

Cheer loudly, move often, and keep your body strong. 👏

Healing doesn’t happen all at once, and that’s okay.

Sometimes progress looks like:
💕 One stronger step
💕 One smoother movement
💕 One moment where you feel a little more confident than yesterday
Those small wins add up. And they matter more than you think.

Fall in love with the process; your body is learning every day. 💝

Meet Katie: Our February Employee Spotlight! 🌟
Katie has been part of the MOSS team for almost two years, making care feel truly personal.

Fun facts about Katie 👇
• Dream job: Wildlife biologist in Montana 🦬
• Comfort food: Chile Verde (YUM)
• 6-month phone-free vacation? Absolutely (okay, but can we come?)
• Fun job for a week: Star Wars Land at Disney ✨
• MOSS playlist pick: Black Hole — We Came As Romans (your PT now with a complimentary mosh pit 🤘)
• What would likely land her in PT? Tripping over a toy/dog and tearing her knee (can relate)

To Katie, patient care means making sure every person feels like the priority in that moment, not just another name on a schedule. When someone feels discouraged, she helps them focus on the progress they’ve already made (even the small wins) because those wins matter.

Thanks for all the laughs, we’re lucky to have you on the MOSS team! 💙

Healing doesn’t end when the pain fades 🤍

It continues in the habits you keep, the movement you maintain, and the awareness you’ve built along the way.

Phase 4 is about protecting your progress, so setbacks don’t get the final word.
Not by doing more… but by doing what works consistently.

Strong doesn’t mean reckless.
It means prepared. ✨

If you’re ready to keep building strength and stay ahead of setbacks, we’re here to help guide the next step.

Benji is our resident sleep specialist 🐶
(He’s never missed a nap in his life.)

Sleep isn’t just rest, it’s recovery. When it’s inconsistent, you may feel more stiffness, fatigue, and discomfort, even if you're doing the right exercises. Consistent sleep habits can help your body feel better, move better, and heal better over time.

You don’t need perfect sleep.
You need consistent habits.

Benji’s top tips:
✅ Same bedtime + wake-up time
✅ Less screen time before bed
✅ Calm wind-down routine
✅ Cool, dark, quiet room

Keep it simple. Keep showing up. Keep the habit going. 💙
