A few days ago, I promised that I'd share the lesson that my sister taught me and how I moved to Arkansas. So, here's the story.
Last year, my sister passed away very unexpectedly. It sent shockwaves through my family. No one could understand how this happened. We still don't understand, but what I have come to realize is that although we are still grieving her, she left a legacy that continues to inspire me. She was an adventurer. She loved experiencing life! From traveling to gathering family and friends, she loved to have a good time. And I realized after she passed that she lived life truly EXPERIENCING it. Were there things she still wanted to do? Yes, absolutely! But she didn't hesitate to have fun while she was here.
She did think that she had more time to go on the Viking Cruise, and go explore Ireland and Scotland. It was through this realization that I knew that moving to Arkansas was my next move. See, I had quit my job in November of 2024. A job that provided comfort, security and amazing benefits, (not to mention the incredible people I worked with!) but left me feeling like something was missing. I had put my house up for sale and was thinking of moving to Arkansas or North Carolina. Well, my house didn't sell so I took it off the market and decided to wait to gain clarity on whether this was the right move or not. Then my sister passed away and I realized that life it too short. I need to live life to it's fullest. So I put the house back on the market on May 1, 2025 and it sold THAT DAY! We closed on May 30th and I flew to Arkansas on June 1st. Once I was absolutely clear on my desire, the Universe delivered. And believe it or not, that was just the beginning! I have manifested so many amazing things in the 10 months that I've been here! Things worked out in the most unexpected but incredible ways!
So that's my story of how clear intention and energetic alignment helped me make a life-changing move. The lesson I learned from my sister continues to inspire me every step of the way. And I just know she's guiding me from above.
Oh and the picture.....that's a wall here in Little Rock and I saw it a few days after I moved here. A reminder that if it's on your heart to do something, do it.....even if it scares you. The reward is worth it!
