Our highly-qualified medical, dental and behavioral health providers are dedicated to providing our patients with a professional and compassionate healthcare experience. As a patient of NHC, your relationship with your Primary Care Provider (PCP) is central. Our team-based approach ensure

s that our patients receive well-coordinated care to address the complete health and wellness picture. We invite you to become a primary care patient with us and have access to the comprehensive range of services we offer under one roof. We are accepting new patients and take all forms of insurance and offer same-day or next-day appointments for all services and have lab facilities on-site. We have two locations:

One way to celebrate Earth Day each day of the year is to buy local food whenever possible. Locally grown food is fresher and often of higher quality. Additionally, eating locally grown foods also reduces emissions from transport, production, and land-use change. In addition to buying locally grown food in our grocery stores, once the weather warms up, regional farmers' markets will provide wonderful opportunities to purchase foods directly from local farms. Nasson partnered with the University of New England Maine Area Health Education Center, to host seven students who shadowed our provider teams to learn about Community Health Centers and how we meet the healthcare needs of our community. Pictured are four 2nd-year College of Dental Medicine students (Kailey Hampton, Hannah Pontea, Elizabeth Serafin, and Zahra Alsafi) and a PA student with two members of our medical provider team (Alyson Crowley, Molly Lobel, FNP, and James Hoff, PA). Not pictured, we also hosted two Community Health Worker students (Zakiya Sheikh and Melvir Clemencia) who shadowed at YCCAC as they learned about how we meet the social services needs of our community. What an inspiring morning with these amazing emerging providers!

Nasson Health Care (NHC), a division of York County Community Action Corporation (YCCAC), is a community-based health center in downtown Springvale, Maine. With a host of highly-qualified medical, dental and behavioral health providers onsite, we are dedicated to providing our patients with a professional and compassionate healthcare experience. As a patient of NHC, your relationship with your Primary Care Provider (P*P) is central. Our team-based approach ensures that our patients receive well-coordinated care to address the complete health and wellness picture. We invite you to become a primary care patient with us and have access to the comprehensive range of services we offer under one roof. We are accepting new patients and take all forms of insurance. Nasson Health Care is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday for all disciplines, with additional evening hours until 6:00 p.m. for dental care Tuesday thru Thursday. We offer same-day or next-day appointments for all services, and have lab facilities on-site.
