Nasson Health Care (NHC) is a community-based health center with locations in Springvale and Biddeford, Maine. Our highly-qualified medical, dental and behavioral health providers are dedicated to providing our patients with a professional and compassionate healthcare experience. As a patient of NHC, your relationship with your Primary Care Provider (PCP) is central. Our team-based approach ensures that our patients receive well-coordinated care to address the complete health and wellness picture. We invite you to become a primary care patient with us and have access to the comprehensive range of services we offer under one roof. We are accepting new patients and take all forms of insurance and offer same-day or next-day appointments for all services and have lab facilities on-site. We have two locations:

Glaucoma is a leading cause of irreversible blindness and has no symptoms in its early stages. Vision loss progresses at such a gradual rate that people affected are often unaware of it until their sight has been compromised. During Glaucoma Awareness Month, the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) advises that the best defense against developing glaucoma-related blindness is by having routine, comprehensive eye exams.

It's still not too late to sign up for affordable health care coverage for 2026 through the Maine Health Insurance Marketplace. To receive coverage by February 1, you will need to sign up by January 15. Nasson also has certified Enrollment Assisters (MEA) who can help you with the enrollment/re-enrollment process for FREE. Either contact us directly (207-490-6900) to set up an appointment to meet with an MEA, or visit the CoverME website to enroll.

CoverME.gov is the website for the Maine Health Insurance Marketplace, and is designed to help find affordable health coverage for you and your family.

Nasson Health Care (NHC), a division of York County Community Action Corporation (YCCAC), is a community-based health center in downtown Springvale, Maine. With a host of highly-qualified medical, dental and behavioral health providers onsite, we are dedicated to providing our patients with a professional and compassionate healthcare experience. As a patient of NHC, your relationship with your Primary Care Provider (P*P) is central. Our team-based approach ensures that our patients receive well-coordinated care to address the complete health and wellness picture. We invite you to become a primary care patient with us and have access to the comprehensive range of services we offer under one roof. We are accepting new patients and take all forms of insurance. Nasson Health Care is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday for all disciplines, with additional evening hours until 6:00 p.m. for dental care Tuesday thru Thursday. We offer same-day or next-day appointments for all services, and have lab facilities on-site.
