I would also say take care of your body before it forces you to take care of it. Most people wait until the have to have a massage. My suggestion is come in before that because it can help prevent some of that pain and maybe you won’t have to get to that intensity of pain.

Hi everyone, for those who don't know I am also an actress. I wanted to let you know I am playing Belle on stage in Beauty and the Beast! I would love if you could come.

29 th at 7 pm
There is also a VIP party on the 29 th. I will be involved in for two dollars more on your ticket. It's like you will have a princess party for only two dollars more!!! Oh also there will be stuff for boys and girls 😊👍

I absolutely love getting these text!! I can not say that massage made her go into labor for legal reasons. But we did do a inducing massage! And it worked! Well I would say her body was ready the timing was right. Love my job!

1. Everyone has rolls when they bend over.
2. When someone tells you that you're beautiful, believe them. They aren't lying.
3. Sometimes we all wake up with breath that could kill a goat.
4. For every woman unhappy with her stretch marks is another woman who wishes she had them.
5. You should definitely have more confidence. And if you saw yourself the way others see you, you would.
6. Don't look for a man to save you. Be able to save yourself.
7. It's okay to not love every part of your body....but you should.
8. We all have that one friend who seems to have it all together. That woman with the seemingly perfect life. Well, you might be that woman to someone else.
9. You should be a priority. Not an option, a last resort, or a backup plan.
10. You're a woman. That alone makes you pretty damn remarkable. 💕
