✨ October is National Orthodontic Health Month! ✨
Let’s talk about one of the superstars of treatment: elastics (aka rubber bands). These tiny but mighty bands work with your braces to apply extra force and guide your teeth into the right alignment. 🦷💪

👉 Tips for elastic success:
✔️ Wear them 20–24 hours a day (take them out only when eating or brushing).
✔️ Change them several times a day—usually after meals or brushing.
✔️ If one breaks or gets lost, replace it right away.
✔️ Follow instructions carefully! Skipping elastics can slow down treatment, while wearing more than prescribed can actually harm your teeth and jaws.

Consistent elastic wear = faster progress and a healthier smile. 😁✨
