February is American Heart Month — a time to focus on the health of the one organ that keeps everything moving. ❤️

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, but many risk factors like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, inactivity, and poor diet can be managed or prevented. Small changes today can protect your heart for years to come.

Take time this month to schedule a checkup, move your body, choose heart-healthy foods, manage stress, and encourage the people you love to do the same. Your heart works for you every second; let’s return the favor.

🏆 2026 Senior Olympics at Springville Senior Center 🏆

We were honored and delighted to participate in the two-day Senior Olympics at the Springville Senior Center. Over both days, it was a joy to spend time with such an energetic and inspiring group of seniors, cheering them on and celebrating their accomplishments. The excitement, friendly competition, and strong sense of community made the event truly special. To us, everyone was a winner; each participant showed determination, positivity, and heart. We are grateful for the opportunity to support the seniors and be part of such a meaningful and uplifting experience. ❤️

❄️ February is Raynaud’s Awareness Month ❄️

Raynaud’s is more than just “cold hands.” It’s a condition that affects blood flow, causing fingers and toes to turn white, blue, and red in response to cold or stress. For many, it’s painful, frustrating, and often misunderstood.

This month, we raise awareness, share education, and support those living with Raynaud’s. 💙 Stay warm, know the signs, and don’t ignore persistent symptoms, especially if they may be linked to an underlying autoimmune condition.

Let’s spread awareness and compassion.

💚 February 14th is not only about hearts — it’s about saving them.

On National Donor Day, we honor the heroes who give the ultimate gift of life through organ, tissue, eye, and blood donation. One decision can save up to 8 lives and impact countless more.

Today, consider registering as a donor, donating blood, or simply starting the conversation with your loved ones. Your “yes” could be someone else’s second chance. 💝
