Get to know me! My name is Leonora (Lee) Hughes. I suffered from severe arthritis and gastrointestinal pain from Crohn's disease since I was 17. After years of taking steroids and immune-suppressing medicine with little to no improvement, I looked for a holistic natural way to heal. My research revealed how the foods we eat, stress, past trauma and anxiety creates blocked energy which can cause illness and pain in the body, mind and spirit. My journey for a natural way to heal resulted in the remission of my disease. I found Reiki was instrumental to my healing which led me to become a Usui Reiki Master Level Teacher. Through my practice, I have developed a knowledge of Nutrition, Meditation and Reiki to Naturally Guide Your Body, Mind and Spirit Towards Healing. My mission is to help other people now! The first step to living your best, healthy life is to know that healing is possible! You are worth feeling great everyday! I am a Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, I also have a B.A. in Food Science Management and a M.Ed in Educational Leadership. Now I am excited to announce that I am beginning my Reiki Healing Practice!
