Today, 100 self-advocates, advocates, direct support professionals, and administrative team members from Emmaus are joining hundreds of others at Disability Rights Legislative Day 2026.

Together, we are rallying and meeting with legislators to advocate for disability rights and policies that protect and strengthen our community.

For months, Sean had one question for his Direct Support Professional, Cole:
“When can we go see the horses?”

All winter, the cold kept Sean from visiting the horses at Zumwalt Farm. But with warmer weather, they finally made it happen.

Sean enjoyed the sunshine, played with the dogs, and proudly led his favorite horse, Mr. Blaze, around the pasture.

Grateful for DSPs like Cole who ensure our clients get to do the things they enjoy.
