Cupping can be very helpful for nagging aches and pains that aren't relieved with regular adjustments or even exercise.

Unlike the more traditional approach to cupping where the patient lays static with the cups on, we utilize passive and active movement of the patient to better facilitate the proper gliding and sliding of the layers of tissue.

In the photo you can see has some locations that seem thickened after the cup has been removed, which may be related to some increased densification of the underlying fascia, resulting in less mobile fascia and increased pain or sensitivity.

By using cups AND movement together, we're working to restore the gliding/sliding of adjacent tissues, reducing pain/sensitivity, and improve over all movement and function.
