What does access to Healthcare look like if there was full practice authority for nurse practitioners in Missouri?

There would be little to no delays in Healthcare or treatment.

Better quality outcomes:

Patients would be able to get in to see their provider of choice.

Patients would not have to drive from rural areas to more populated areas in order to get healthcare or treatment.

There would be better access to care.

Less NP owned clinics and healthcare center closures.

Less hospital closures due to lack of MD coverage for NP’s they are/were collaborating with.

No collaborative agreements which limit NP’s practicing.

HB 2534 needs testimony sent in today in opposition.
It restricts APRNs from using “DOCTOR”
I don’t know about you but I earned and paid for my doctorate. I DO NOT call myself PHYSICIAN please click link and send testimony today it is being heard tomorrow. I have a doctorate and using my degree earned title of Dr. I will not sit by and allow someone to take away. Missouri NP’s with a doctorate your title is in jeopardy and you need to oppose today!!

I’m looking for a like-minded person that is an APN looking to share some office space with me. I am a partner in an integrated practice with a MHNP. We have 2600 sq ft and I have 600+ of this as personal office and exam room space.

There is a shared conference room, breakroom, lobby, reception area and lots of support.

CDC has confirmed the second human infection with the new 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in the United States in a patient in Illinois who had recently traveled to Wuhan, China. Precautions are being taken to prevent any further exposures. However, CDC expects more cases are likely to be identified in the coming days.

While CDC considers this is a very serious public health threat, based on current information, the immediate health risk from 2019-nCoV to the general American public is considered low at this time.

CDC is closely monitoring a novel (new) coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak in Wuhan, China. There are more than 40 confirmed human infections of 2019-nCoV.
