How it works-
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏼 Your uterus has several attachments to the pelvis and sacrum, and when they are out of alignment, it does two things:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Makes the pelvis outlet (where the baby comes out) smaller
2️⃣ Tugs on the uterus making it tighter on one side
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏼 The Webster Technique is a pregnancy specific technique that focuses on your pelvis and all the ligaments and muscles surrounding.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When your pelvis is in the optimal position, baby usually follows suit.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏼 If baby doesn’t get into an optimal position, it can be due to other reasons, like a short umbilical cord or intrauterine restrictions.
