After being closed for two months, we are finally back to serving our patients and referring practices. We have implemented the current CDC and ADA guidelines to ensure safety to our patients and our team. We are requesting that you arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment time and remain in your vehicle. Once you arrive please call the office and one of our team members will es**rt you into our office. Also, please bring a face mask. Once in the office we will take your temperature, have you wash your hands, and then rinse your mouth with an antiseptic. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to providing outstanding patient care to you and your family in a safe and caring manner.
