Every patient who walks through our doors has a starting point — and many times, it begins with someone they trust.
A simple conversation. A recommendation. A moment where someone says, “You should try this.”
That small step can lead to meaningful change — improved movement, less tension, better energy, and a stronger foundation for long-term health.
That’s what makes our community so special. It grows through people who care enough to share something that’s helped them.

This month we’re highlighting the T8 vertebra, located in the middle of the thoracic spine. 🦴
T8 is associated with immune system support and overall balance in the body. When the spine is properly aligned, the nervous system can communicate more effectively — helping the body adapt to stress and function at its best.
If you’ve noticed tightness in your mid-back or between your shoulder blades, it may be time to check in on your alignment.
Consistent care helps keep your body steady — on and off the court.

Our Final Four for Your Spine challenge is underway in the office. Stop by, fill out a referral bracket, and help someone in your life get their start with chiropractic care.
Pass the care. Share the win.

Pain and poor sleep often go hand in hand — and many people don’t realize how closely they’re connected.
This article from the American Chiropractic Association explores how discomfort can disrupt sleep and why addressing the root cause of pain can help improve rest and recovery.
If sleep has been a struggle, your spine may be part of the conversation.
What comes first: chronic pain…or sleep problems? For many people, the two go hand in hand. And research shows that’s probably no coincidence. A review of 20 research studies, involving more than 200,000 adults, showed robust evidence of an association between sleep-related problems and chronic ...

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northwest Missouri State University in 2015. While finishing my bachelor’s degree I enrolled at the prestigious Logan University,
College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. I have since graduated after a 3.5 year intensive program as a Doctor of Chiropractic. I am certified in acupuncture and physical therapy and am a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in the state of Missouri.
As a chiropractic student, I extended my studies by becoming a member of the Chi Rho Sigma professional chiropractic fraternity. As a member of this fraternity I was mentored by practicing doctors and I mentored underclassman as they came up through the program in topics ranging from anatomy to chiropractic technique. I was also the leader of a pledge class which consisted of planning and implementing weekly learning opportunities on topics such as basic sciences, chiropractic techniques, and business basics. I also attended extra seminars where I studied business basics, pediatric adjusting techniques, and acupuncture.
My experiences have given me a great opportunity to learn to care for a wide variety of ailments from which patients of all ages may suffer. My mission is to facilitate the restoration of health through natural chiropractic care, allowing my patients to live their lives to the fullest.
I grew up in mid-Missouri in a small farming town where I learned the value of hard work and honesty. I have been married to my husband Brett, also my high school sweetheart, for 3 years. We have a 1 year old son named Carson along our 2 family pets. Our desire for a “small town feel” in the city has led us to this wonderful community. We could not be more excited to begin serving the community and growing our family here in Saint Charles!
