With family and friends who have gone so far down this path im so happy to see these studies being done. I had severe back pain until I found massage therapy. Now it's my soul focus to work it out of others because I know that feeling of being helplessly in pain and not wanting to move. It's easy to take something that makes the pain a little more tolerable even more so when it's highly addictive. Just wanted to share this study with you my friends.

LMT Tip of the Week - get a tens unit. so great for burning out muscles - almost feels like the muscle is glowing after - also if you are really good at checking in you can feel the size of the trigger point/it's exact location for self-care.
