St. Charles Bridge to Success St. Charles Bridge to Success is an education/job training program for young adults with disabilities Louis-St. Charles, St.

Bridge to Success is an education and job training program for 16-21 year old young adults with significant disabilities. The desired outcome for all students is competitive employment. During the program year, students from four participating St. Charles County school districts and young adults from partner agencies participate in internships at Embassy Suites St. Charles Convention Center and Fresh Thyme Market.
