So often when I get asked what I am focusing on for myself I pick something like movement, meditation, breathwork, walking.

While ALL of those things help me it also sends a message to my system that I need to do more.

So when I was asked this question on Monday at my Embodied Business Club meeting I made a conscious choice to do something very different.

I have been struggling with my health, feeling really frustrated with my body and the medical system.

Doing more is just not what my body needs right now. I felt the tension rise in my chest and neck at the thought of doing more.

I tuned in listened to the signals in my body and decided I need to focus on getting good rest.

I felt a full body exhale and knew that is exactly what I needed.

What that means on a daily basis is committing to my night time routine.

Right now that starts with making my night time tea blend. Allowing my body to slow down and fully rest.

This is how I am showing up for myself.

Thanks for all my EBC buddies for seeing me and holding me accountable.
