What a beautiful morning at our Digestive Health Workshop with Dr. Renu 💛

We had a great group, learned so much, and walked away with practical tips for supporting digestion in everyday life. I personally loved learning more about Ayurveda and all the simple, helpful tools Dr. Renu shared.

So grateful to everyone who joined us! ✨

What is Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT)?

It’s a therapy that uses low-frequency sound and vibration delivered through a specialized bed to help the nervous system slow down and return to balance.

As a nurse, I love teaching people that healing isn’t just mental…
sometimes the body just needs the right frequency.

Happy 5th Birthday to GVST Wellness! 🎉✨

Today, we’re celebrating 5 amazing years of community, growth, healing, movement, and magic and what a journey it has been! 🙌

Over the last five years, GVST has grown in the most beautiful ways. We started by popping up in parks, having classes wherever we could. From there, we rented a room in the old YMCA, took another big step and moved to Mack, and now we’re so grateful to have our very own storefront on Harper. 👏👏👏

What started as a dream has become a true community. 💛

In these five years, we’ve had the honor of creating and hosting so many incredible experiences including TWO Holistic Wellness Conferences, a large Summer Solstice Drum Circle, and countless collaborations with amazing people and local businesses along the way.

Through it all, one thing has remained true: we seriously have the best teachers, the best community, and the best vibe (a Good Vibe Sister Tribe, that is)!

GVST is what it is because of every person who has walked through our doors, supported a class, attended an event, shared a post, brought a friend, or believed in what we’re building. We are so so thankful. 🙏
