We’re excited to share that a new DBT Skills Group is starting April 7, 2026!
This weekly group offers a supportive space to build practical skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation, tools many people find helpful for navigating stress, strengthening relationships, and responding more intentionally to difficult emotions.
The group meets Tuesdays from 5:00–6:30 PM in Shelby Township and is facilitated by Amber Huffman, MA, LPC. If you’re interested in participating, feel free to ask your clinician for more information about whether the group might be a good fit for you. 💙
