Metropolitan Eye Center also has a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center, Lakeshore Eye Surgery Center, which has been fully certified and licensed since 1985. Metropolitan Eye Center is Michigan’s first approved laser vision center for myopia in 1995. Metropolitan Eye Center's mission is to be one of Michigan’s premier private practice ophthalmology and eye care centers. We pledge to provide all patients with the most advanced and innovative eye care services available, refined by our experience and good judgment. Each patient has our personal commitment to provide the highest quality medical, surgical and optical services for his individual needs. We will also continue to develop our state-of-the-art eye care practice and our unique outpatient surgical facility and laser vision center with the latest advances in optical, diagnostic, and surgical technology.
