Thrilled to be partnering with my good friends, Tom & Kelly Zalewski of to bring you this experience next week!

Working with the jo (wood staff) is insightful AND fun.

Using 6 simple movements, you can utilize this practice solo, with a partner, or in a group to learn more about yourself and others.

No experience needed, we’ll teach and support you in learning the movements and reflecting on how the way you move relates to things like holding boundaries, connecting with others, and how much energy you give vs receive. 💛

This Friday I will be teaming up with my good friend April, the owner of to bring you a deeply relaxing evening of restorative yoga combined with a sound bath.

April will guide you through a series of gentle restorative yoga poses while I immerse you in soothing sound.

You’ll hear and feel the sound waves of the celestial gong, Himalayan, singing bowls, tongue drum, chimes, tuning forks, and rain sticks.

It will be a beautiful way to end your week and set you up to enjoy the weekend ahead! 💛💛💛
