The 12SY4U Story

12 Step Yoga 4 Unity (12SY4U) was created by Maria Menozzi, MA, LMFT, CAADC, RYT-200 as a way to offer supportive services for not only addiction recovery but anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD for mental health and as an adjunct to her private practice as a psychotherapist. Maria also wanted to contribute to the well being, care and rescue of our animal friends and is an animal activist and practicing vegan. Maria is pleased to offer 12SY4U exclusively at Hippie Yoga studio in St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
