MAYHEM IS COMING!

Ready to take your Syphus game to the next level? Mayhem is the ultimate partner competition for the Junkies who live for the score! Whether you’re in it to win or just to push yourself, this event is for you.

What You Need to Know:

✅ Partner Up – You and your teammate will workout at the same time
✅ The workout- Pick Your Poison Centaur 2. You’ll have two task options. One partner does one, the other does the paired task X2. Strategizing ahead of time is key!
✅ Timing is Everything – You can’t move on until you both finish two of the last task.
✅ Stay Positive – The goal is to be positive each round to keep advancing.
✅ Trials & Bracket Play –
•Trials will seed the top 16 teams into the head-to-head bracket.
•All other teams still compete for points, with the top two outside the bracket earning a spot in the Finals.

We’re hosting this event, and we want to see as many BT athletes as possible out there competing, supporting, and bringing the energy! Whether you’re fighting for the win or cheering on your turfmates, it’s an experience that will push you, challenge you, and strengthen our community.

🌟 Exciting News from Syphus Training SCS! 🌟
Starting this Friday, March 7, we will be transitioning from Mindbody to Momence for scheduling . All of your membership information and future classes will be transferred automatically(besides credit card info). This change will help us serve you better!
Please keep an eye on your inbox this Friday for an email with instructions on setting up your new Momence account. If you have any questions or need assistance during this transition, don’t hesitate to reach out.

The Syphus community has experienced a significant loss with John’s passing. As a dedicated member and friend for nine years, he was a regular part of the early morning crew, participating in over 1,250 workouts on the turf. His presence, the camaraderie he shared, and our post-workout conversations will certainly be missed. We ask that you keep his family and close friends in your thoughts during this challenging time.
