H3 strives to promote optimal mental health by treating the mind, body and spirit. We have (3) Locations: Downtown Detroit, St. Clair Shores & Royal Oak. Your wellness journey is a sacred one for which we hold the greatest respect. We are committed to creating a safe space where you can find passage into a place of peace and well-being. Our key goal is to help our clients become empowered to make informed decisions about themselves, their relationships and their future goals. During consistent care and treatment programs, each client begins their journey to stronger self-awareness, personal growth and wellness. We hold specialized certifications in areas such as grief, trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, and more. We additionally provide our clients and their families access to deeper levels of support - including groups, classes and health coaching. Our team of therapists offer many specialties using a holistic scope: EMDR Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Solution Based Therapy, and Life Coaching.
