A few days ago, our Community-Based Program Supervisor and Team Coordinators gathered for their meeting and took some time to enjoy a well-deserved lunch together. 💙

It was a great opportunity to connect, share some laughs, and step away from the day-to-day to simply enjoy each other’s company.

This gathering also gave us a chance to celebrate our incredible supervisor, Becky McFarlane as she prepares to begin a new adventure this April after an amazing 38 years with Blue Water Developmental Housing. Her dedication, leadership, and lasting impact on both the individuals we support and our staff is truly something special.

Thank you for 38 years of heart, commitment, and service. You will be deeply missed, but your legacy will always be part of BWDH. 💫
