We are so happy to welcome back Lindsey Richardson from to our April retreat! Lindsey will be providing Reiki infused massages, Emotion Coding and leading a session on strategies for managing stress. She is such a peaceful energy and such a joy to share space with as she helps our guests release stored tension in the body and mind.

Lindsey is a native to the St. Louis area. Her career has unfolded and evolved across the span
of several states and various learning experiences.

In 2011, she completed her Masters Degree in Health Psychology while living in Austin Texas and shortly after became a licensed massage therapist.

During her time there, she also met her husband and had her two wonderful kiddos.

She returned to St. Louis to be near family and dove into her massage
practice. She also has had the honor or teaching for the past decade.

In the last several years
she has added certifications in Emotion Code, Reiki I & II, and Stress Management Coaching to
her toolkit.

In 2023 Citrine Self Care was born as a way to encompass her hands on services as well as offering home made self-care products.

Lindsey brings to the table her compassion and thoughtfulness in order to tailor each session to the clients needs.

She strives to serve her clients with an integrative approach. She is truly honored to walk beside her clients as they make time for healing and restoration.

Her sessions consist of a medical approach paired with energy work such as Reiki and Emotion Code. Her own experiences provide a place of understanding and empathy for whatever her clients may
be facing on their own journey.

Lindsey’s desire is to bring harmony not only to the body but
the whole person in a way that is best for them. Join us April 10-12th to experience Lindsey’s healing gifts or visit her page at to make an appointment in St. Louis!

In April, our wonderful energy healer, Leah Diffey , will once again be offering her powerful Body Code Sessions and her musical gifts with sound bowls. The combo of the two is powerful, as they both help you free up space in your body and mind, one helping let go of the past and one helping you anchor into the present.

Believing that we are all divinely designed to live vibrant lives and that our bodies hold the wisdom to heal, Leah Diffey removes trapped emotions and negative imbalances with The Body Code, which allows the body to present this innate wisdom with greater ease.

As a Certified Emotion and Body Code Practitioner, she has facilitated and witnessed positive growth in herself and clients that include physical, emotional, and behavioral improvements.

As a gifted energy healer with roots in counseling, she supports individuals as they become the most genuine version of themselves.

Leah often reminds people, “When we remove emotional baggage, we have space to be our true authentic selves!”

Leah is delighted to be part of another Women’s Wellness Weekend! She looks forward to witnessing more transformations for the attendees during Emotion/Body Code sessions.

She will also be the Sound Healer for the opening night. The angelic crystal bowls are a lovely way to relax into the weekend.

Leah lives in Louisiana, MO where she grows medicinal herbs for remedies, homeschools her two daughters, and homesteads with her husband.

Reach out with Leah directly to schedule a virtual appointment or visit with her in-person at our retreat!

When I think about our retreat, a specific feeling comes to mind.

It’s like coming home.

You put on your favorite joggers, rip off that bra, snuggle up on a comfy couch with your blanky and feel like the rest of the world disappears.

It’s your sanctuary from the woes of the world.

That’s how I feel when we get together. For a moment in time, at our weekends, you clear your mind of any to-do list, carpool, responsibility, or identity.

Your sole focus? Your health. Your joy. Your fun. Your needs.

It is such a rare gift to receive that time and space, and to allow it as a woman. We are the caregivers. The doers. The guilt-ridden.

So it is my absolute joy to create a place where women can receive. With amazing ladies by my side, we deliver a weekend where the makeup comes off, the tissues come out and the incredible experience of being fully seen by 15 other women is felt.

It is 100% my kind of therapy and I choose it over and over again.

Nothing beats raw, authentic, feminine connection. It is not a want, but a need and I’m so grateful so many are willing to meet that need with us. Trust that we hold this honor so sacredly in our hearts. 💕

So stinking excited to announce on our 4th birthday our 15th retreat!

Yes, just four years ago we caught the vision of creating a special place ladies could go to get away from it all, learn about holistic health, make new friends, experience comfort in the discomfort of trying something new, and reconnect with the joy of doing something just for YOU.

We know what it’s like to have the guilt of leaving home, spending money on yourself, flying somewhere far away, taking time off work that takes it away from your family, etc. So many obstacles to focusing on yourself, so we built this with all of that in mind.

Our holistic retreat starts after work on Friday and gets you home in time for dinner on Sunday. Two glorious nights away, full of what feels like a slumber party, mixed with moments of deep reflection, gratitude and connection.

And if you are an introvert, do not scroll on! As the ultimate introvert (I mean I have a sign that says let’s stay home 😅), I have thought of how to make you finally feel safe enough to share freely and be around people you don’t know. Thats why most of our guests have come back more than 2, 3 and even 4+ times!

So let us create a local, nourishing weekend for you where we introduce you to guest speakers, sound bowls, slow flow yoga, guided meditation, chef prepared meals, high quality meat and produce, and so much more.

This retreat will have a special focus on returning to the wild and free woman we once were, finding our feminine flow, joy and play again. More details to come on this, but I wouldn’t recommend waiting to register! Our record was filling in 2 days! But usually it takes about 1-2 weeks.

Comment 😍 below and I’ll send the details your way!

*We’re Hiring A Chef!!*

What’s the benefit of being a chef at Women’s Wellness Weekend? Here’s a quick list!

1. You get to stay for free at our retreat in the most gorgeous homes!

2. You get to go early while the house is still and peaceful and feel the luxury of cooking in the beautiful kitchens.

3. You have the opportunity to participate in activities throughout the weekend. This varies by scheduling, meal prep time and ability to prepare things in advance. But at minimum always able to join Friday night activities & Saturday night activities. Hear a lot of the presenters from the kitchen, too!

4. This is a paid position, with a comma, so we are not expecting you to work for free or volunteer!

5. You are worshiped by 20 ladies who think you hung the moon, when you offer them the most precious gift of enjoying a meal they didn’t have to plan, prepare or cleanup.

6. You’ll have lots of happy requests for recipes and the joy of being appreciated for your work.

7. We get help with lots of awesome donations that help with costs, often meat dononated from Fed from the Farm, hummus from Mylk and Hummus, drinks from Teamotions, peanut butter from Georgia Grinders and so many more!

8. Learn how to build vendor partnerships and discount links that can earn you extra income!

9 You can build a personal brand in this field if desired, as we post and celebrate our chef heavily on social media.

10. Have a lot of fun, laughs and special moments you truly won’t forget. You will feel part of something truly life changing!

What do we need from you?
1. Availability Friday morning through Sunday at noon, with Thursday often being a prep day. Dates of retreats vary, but typically have three month lead time

2 Excitment to plan meals and cook for around 20 people

3 Comfort cooking dairy and gluten free and using high quality ingredients

4 Ability to keep pans, silverware & drink cups washed and ready for next meal (we use disposable plates), & with assistance keep an eye on trash and berky water jug.

5. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time and bend and move body frequently.

Comment or send us a DM if you think this might be for you!

We believe meat is the most important food to invest in when trying to eat clean or achieve better health. What the animal eats, you eat. When animals are fed their natural diets, their inflammation and propensity for disease goes down, and so does ours! Local farms, grass-fed and pasture-raised meats, organic and MRNA free contribute to some of the best tasting meat we’ve ever had at . We share because we care, and we promise to never serve you anything but the best, so that’s why we partner with . You don’t have to come to our retreat to try it, though! You can pick up their meats at drops all over the state of Missouri! Just go to their link and find the drop closest to you!
