Caregivers work in the home and help their clients with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication, and some housework. Caregivers help clients make and keep appointments with doctors, provide or arrange transportation and serve as a companion for their clients.

Residential Homes funded by DMH

18 months $4,000 BONUS!!!!

Must have Mo active state RN license

Must have 2 years of RN hospital experience (Medical/Surgical)

Prefer charge nurse experience

Must be able to thorough with consumers paper work and follow up. Must be able to go through medical books and follow up with doctor orders, lab work etc. Must be a critical thinker & dependable

On call for phone calls from staff for PRN medications and any hospitalizations

Monthly Nursing Assessments and documentations

Must be willing to complete the Med Level 1, CPR & First Aid instructor training

Hospital Discharges

Medical Dental Forms Reviews and updates

Prefer RN to have 1-year experience providing care to our Department Of Mental Health (DMH) Consumers.

Make doctor appointments and follow up with doctor orders

Complete Medication and house checks

Must be able to complete face to face monthly assessments and type monthly assessments addressing any medical/dental concerns under the Department of Mental Health (DMH) guideline for our residential homes. Possible delegations to our employees

Reviewing medications and MARs & documentations

Other duties as assigned
