We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. If you are lookong for part-time work, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Manage and organize appointments and meetings
▪️Handle phone calls and other communications
▪️Maintain and update records, files, and databases
▪️Prepare documents

Requirements:

▪️Proven experience as a Secretary or similar role
▪️Organizational and time-management skills
▪️Strong written and verbal communication skills

Part-Time Schedule:

▪️Monday-Thursday, 10a-445p
▪️Weekends + Holidays OFF
▪️45 minute Lunch
▪️$15/hr.
