EmpowerHer isn’t just about amplifying conversations around sexual health and wellness. We’re here to uplift, empower, and meet the real, everyday needs of Brown and Black women and young girls in our community.
While education around sexual health is a vital part of liberation, we know that true empowerment means addressing the full spectrum of barriers that impact our lives.

A huge shoutout to Helping Hand Me Downs for showing up in a big way providing clothing, postpartum care bags, and wellness kits for mothers in need. Your generosity is a reminder of what community looks like in action.
EmpowerHer is rooted in sisterhood. When one of our sistas is in need, we show up. We stand together. We support each other. As we continue to break down sexual health barriers, we remain committed to meeting the basic needs of our women.

Thank you again, Helping Hand Me Downs, for being there when it mattered most and for helping our communities thrive.
