Positive self talk will only ever help you! You ARE capable of doing hard things.
Basic recovery - we are talking sleep, hydration, and nutrition. You don't need the supplements the kid at the store swore to you that you need. Especially if you're not meeting these basics first. Spend some time prioritizing the basics and notice how much better you feel!
