Okay everyone, I’m joining the process of community aid to help get supplies purchased/picked up/dropped off to those in need after the absolute devastating aftermath of the EF3 tornado that ripped through our beloved city.

If you want to donate , my venmo/cashapp are listed above. Receipts will be provided. I’m making a big shopping run once a week until further notice.
If you need something picked up , I can come to you. If you know me personally and want to drop off at my home, DM me.
I will be dropping off supplies at who are working directly with who are making sure these supplies get to where they need to go.
Stay tuned for spots to drop your things off where I can also pick them up to get them where they need to go.
Supplies needed will change daily so stay informed!

Thank you all for your patience as I get back into the swing of work after a week of illness in my household (it’s icky out there 🦠🦠🦠)
As a working parent, having to call off doesn’t allow much wiggle room in my schedule, meaning a lot of shifting has to be done to accommodate my clients who so graciously keep me afloat in this life. For that I thank each and everyone of you for your continued support and understanding as I get back to it!

Please keep your eyes open on my stories as I will be intermittently opening up some days in my schedule that will be available for booking.

Hello St. Louis!
It’s been a while since I’ve made a post as I’ve been staying busy and working out all the little details behind the scenes of small business life.

Spring is in full swing and I’m loving it, I hope you all are as well!

As of 5/1, I will be switching my booking system over to Vagaro, where you will be able to see the availability of my schedule, and all the other wonderful therapists here at .bodyworkstl. The link will be updated in my bio, feel free to check us out and to schedule yourself if you so desire. You can also reach out if you have any questions.

To my existing clients: If you receive an influx of confirmation emails and texts detailing your appt, this is just me making the switch, you don’t have to do anything! I will keep my current scheduling system active for one more month and then it will be deactivated as of 6/1.
