Almost to the weekend and feeling the fullness of the week Thursday can lead to some big emotions with my kiddos. But it can also lend to so much abundance and gratitude.

How is it feeling for you today?

Wednesday!! See my previous posts if you don't know what's going on. Mercury, Hod, all the knowledge, information, and divine structure that takes shape is my Jam. It's where my brain spends a lot of it's time.

A perfect day for teaching, meetings and great conversations.

Been following along with our morning routine? Here is our poem on this fiery Tuesday.

It's crazy how when you start paying attention to the days and planetary hours, you start to see patterns. Mars can be a tricky one! It's good to look at how to use this energy to fuel your passions. And if your scheduling and meeting with someone whose ideas you may clash with, maybe save it for a Friday if you can. 😉

If you saw my previous post about how we move through the week with one of our morning rituals here is Monday's.

Hope this Moonday brings you the insight you've been searching for. A great day to set intentions and check in with what your body is asking from you this week.

Before I had kids part of my morning ritual was to light a candle corresponding to that day of the week. I would call in the energies of the planet to align myself for the day. Then things shifted and sleepless nights took over and my morning ritual was on hiatus. I knew I needed to find a way that fit into our new routine.

Now on our kitchen table we have a candle holder that holds 7 pillar candles and on it we place the 7 colors for the days of the week. We light the candle at every meal as a gentle reminder that it is meal time and that we stay at the table till all have finished.

It also serves as a visual representation of how we move through the week and we use it to teach what day it is, the color, planet/star, and stones.

We sing the days of the week song (to the tune of Adam's Family) then recite the poems that I wrote, and finally call in the fire fairies to light the flame. The poems are painted and hung on a small clipboard that we change each morning.

How did your routine shift? What ways have you found to reincorporate them for the whole family?

May your Sunday be filled with the brightest blessings!

It seems like death is always followed closely by birthdays and holidays. Like the universes way of having you breathe into the juxtaposition of life. Grief still hangs heavy with the recent passing of my grandmother and today is the 6 year greater feast of a beloved friend. But today, we also celebrate my youngest turning 2. We celebrate his vibrant joy and full force nature. It's these moments of living in the between that make us feel the most human but also the most grateful for this divine experience. So when you have to experience great sorrow, I hope it is followed by great joy too.

Here's his birthday crown I made him for his Apple Drum birthday! May the gods bless him on this day!

This might not be the prettiest picture but it is to me! This little spot of the yard has had some random money plants and a Mexican petunia from my wedding. Decided to turn it into an actual bed this year. It's still too early to clear out all the leaves to help the buggies but my comfrey needed some air from all its dead leaves, so I took them and scattered them across this new bed! Comfrey gathers nutrients from deep within the earth so it's one of the best materials for your garden bed! You can also find recipes to make it into a liquid fertilizer thats great for tomatoes and cucumbers!

Comfrey has also been known as boneset as it has been used to heal broken bones and strains. Metaphysically it's good for healing spiritual fractures, healing, and binding.
