Finding the right breast pump can make a big difference in your feeding journey.

These are a few of our favorites that we often recommend to families. Each one offers something a little different depending on your needs, lifestyle, and goals.

You can find the links to each of these in our 'recommendations' highlight.

If you’re not sure which pump is the best fit for you, we’re always here to help guide you 🤍

There are many reasons a child may benefit from feeding therapy:

-Sometimes it’s picky eating
-Sometimes it’s oral motor challenges or physical factors like tongue or lip ties
-Sometimes parents just know something feels off...

If feeding has been stressful or confusing, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Our team is here to help support both you and your child 🍊 🍞🥕

Your child may be carrying more tension in their body than you realize.

That tension can sometimes show up as feeding challenges, trouble sleeping, digestive discomfort, or general fussiness.
When a parent’s body is able to relax and regulate, it can also support their baby’s feeding, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

If you’re curious whether CFT could support you and your baby, schedule a session with Shiloh through the link in our bio.

Some of the best support for new parents comes from other parents who are going through it too.

Our weekly breastfeeding support group is a space to connect, ask questions, and share experiences with others who understand this season of life.

If you’re looking for community and support in your feeding journey, we’d love to have you join us ☕️

Postpartum can be beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, and unpredictable all at once.

We encourage families to get appointments in place before baby is even born so you’re not scrambling when questions come up or challenges arise.

Coming in prenatally also allows us to identify potential concerns early and often prevent problems before they start.

You don’t know exactly how you’ll feel or what you’ll run into after delivery, but you can prepare for it. Proactive care gives you a foundation to step into postpartum with more confidence and less stress.

If you’re expecting, book an appointment to get support in place 🤍

Just because your baby is gaining weight doesn’t always mean feeding is going perfectly...

Weight gain is important, but it’s only one piece of the picture. Ongoing ni**le pain, a shallow latch, frequent spit-up, long or stressful feeds, or a baby who seems uncomfortable can all signal that something else may need attention.

Feeding should support growth and comfort for both of you. If things don’t feel right, even if the scale looks fine, it’s worth looking into. We’re here to help you figure it out.

Your body is more connected than you think...

CFT, or Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body as one integrated system. Tension in one area can impact posture, feeding, movement, and overall comfort.

By releasing restrictions in the fascia and craniosacral system, we’re not just treating one spot, we’re supporting the whole body. When the body moves and functions more freely, everything works more efficiently.

If you’re curious whether CFT could support you or your little one, book an appointment through the link in our bio.

Are you worried your breastfed baby isn’t getting enough milk?

Here’s what many parents don’t realize: after the first few weeks of life, intake levels off. Breastfed babies don’t keep increasing their ounces month after month. Once supply is established, their needs stay relatively steady.

If you’re second-guessing what’s normal, book an appointment. We’d love to help you feel confident in your feeding journey 🍼 🤍
